  • A gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, applying manual pressure to specific points on the body to support physical and emotional health, performed with the client clothed and on a table.

  • A therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to stimulate blood flow and heal soft tissue, integrating deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to improve circulation and relieve muscle tightness.
